please find below short description about youth exchange in Poland:

The Association of Help for Children and Youth from Poland is looking for foreign partners who are interested in Youth Exchange's project as part of Erasmus + Programme. It will be dedicated to editing of international youth magazine, intercultural education and group working.

We want to have a sizeable group at the age of 15-25.
